Wherever you are in our service area, we’ll meet you where it’s easiest: your kitchen table, your office conference room, a coffee shop, a hospital room, an assisted living facility or a skilled nursing facility. We also meet clients at jails and detention facilities when visiting rules allow.
For hospital and facility visits, tell us the facility name, the room or booking number and the signer’s condition when you call. The signer has to be alert and able to understand what they’re signing, and they need acceptable ID or qualifying credible witnesses under California law. We’ll help you check all of that before we drive out.
TRAVEL & PRICING
California caps the notary fee itself at $15 per signature notarized. Mobile appointments add a travel fee based on how far we drive, the time of day and any wait time at a facility. Cities closest to Norwalk — Downey, Cerritos, Bellflower, Santa Fe Springs and La Mirada — have the lowest travel fees.
We always quote the full total before we head out, so there are no surprises at the table.
