Every signer needs a current, government-issued photo ID (California driver license or ID card, U.S. passport, or another ID accepted under California law) and the complete, unsigned document. Don't sign ahead of time — you'll sign in front of the notary.
Yes. We regularly meet signers at hospitals, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, and detention centers. Tell us the facility when you book so we can plan for visiting rules and confirm the signer is able to sign.
